As I may have said before, I had exams last week. With the exception of maths (don't want to think about that at all), I think I went reasonably well on the others. One more Ancient history exam tomorrow, and then I'm done for the term.
Friday I put my QTAC preferences in (aka: what Uni courses I want). My careers counsellor says I have a good chance of getting a BA at UQ (my dream: dual BA/Education degree majoring in Ancient History and Classics with honours in Latin and Greek *sigh*) so here's to hoping for the best results, hmm?
In other news, Friday and Saturday was a family reunion of my Dad's side of the family. Reminiscing and relatives by the dozen. Had a well enough time playing around with my (watch out for bias here) gorgeous nephew. When February rolls around, I'm going to be an Aunt four times over. How about that, people? Seventeen years old and I already have a niece, two nephews and another one on the way.
My Uncle Menno (Dutch name, people. Don't laugh please.) has offered me a place to stay during schoolies week. I think I'll take him up on his offer.
My forearms have orange blotches on them, a result of Mum deciding to test out her fake tanning lotion on me. Andrew thought I'd gotten into a fight when he saw them. I'm hoping they'll fade soon. They stick out like sore thumbs.
Anyway, that's the more notable happenings. One more week of school before my holidays start! 'tis good news, but somewhat scary as well, as I have mere months left until I finish high school. Deadly worried, I am.
