Vox Audita Perrit, Literra Scripta Manet....
The heard word is lost, the written letter remains...
And the saga continues...
For those of us Spidey fans who are following the casting saga of Doc Ock for Spider-Man 2, a new name has been mentioned from a 'reliable' source.

First Sam Neill, second Christopher Walken, and now you may add the Scandanavian actor Stellan Skarsgard to the list. I've barely heard of the guy, but from the picture I saw on his profile at IMDb, he looks a little rumpled to me. Not quite who I envisioned for the role, but then again I probably wouldn't have considered Willem for Gobby when Spidey 1 casting rumours were about and in the end he was a kick-arse GG/Norman.
So we'll see regarding this guy. I'd still like Christopher Walken to get the part, but in the end it's not up to me, is it? Anyway.....it'll be an interesting choice, regardless I think.

Stellan Skarsgard has an absolutely godly voice. Ever seen the mess of a film "The Glass House"? I suggest renting it for him and him only. I think he'd make a good Dr Octopus...but I'm with you, I want Walken as Dr Octopus. *sniffs*
