The Passion of the Christ

I saw it today, but I feel that I don't really have an opinion as such. However, I will make the following points:

1. The imagery and the way it was executed (cinematography, actors, lighting, etc.) was very powerful.

2. It was extremely violent, to the point where I just couldn't watch. The scourging and the crucifixion are, of course, the worst parts.

3. The film itself is not anti-semitic (it portrays the Jewish high priests as the persecutors and not the entire population of Jews), though I can understand why there are worries about it being perceived that way.

4. I walked out of the cinema feeling moved.

That is all.
