Beware the Ides of March...

(And yes, I did check that it was today, just in case I was about to make an idiot out of myself again.)

Today's auspices report suggests reasonably good omens, with possible bad omens to come. Or something. Either way, I'm going to my lecture, which should be reasonably free of auspicious happenings!

But before I go, I feel obliged to share this ad (runs in Quicktime) with everyone. My Australian friends will probably have seen this ad for the Yarra Valley and Victorian tourism, but I'm posting it here for those who haven't, because it's one of my all-time favourites. The butler is kind of evil, in a 'you-don't-know-what-he's-going-to-do-next!' sort of way. But I love it, and sadly would probably go to the Yarra valley on the sole basis of seeing this. Running through the vineyards chased by a manic butler looks like fun! But to each, their own.
