Our internet and phonelines have died completely. Thankyou, Telstra! So I've come to the uni computers and am currently ploughing through all the friends entries that I've missed. All was working fine on Wednesday night, but the next morning after the rain, there was zip. Dad actually had to go to our next door neighbours yesterday evening and use their phone to call up and report the damage. In any event, we should have it back by the weekend...or at least, I hope we do. :/

The ordination on Wednesday night was lovely. A little bit emotional, and not at all what I was expecting. Nice family sort of feel to it, with all the priests as said family welcoming ordinand into the fold. I would go into more detail, but I'm off to the library in a few minutes to find a copy of Histories in Latin, since I don't have my Loeb edition yet.

In the absence of internet, I've been watching Popetown and the third season premiere of Little Britain. Oh, poor Anthony Stewart Head! *snerk* I just about died of embarrassment on his behalf!

Current Mood: annoyed annoyed
Current Music: Franz Ferdinand- What you waiting for?
