So, the first proper trailer for The Da Vinci Code movie is out (here's the link to Apple's site). As much as I've grown to hate the book (or more, the way some people are taking it all as gospel truth. The book itself is a decent airport thriller if you haven't read Dan Brown's other similarly-written works), in terms of book adaptations, it looks pretty damn faithful.

There was also the novelty of seeing the amazing cast for the first time. I think I'll see this more for the cast, actually. Paul Bettany, Ian McKellen, Alfred Molina, and Tom Hanks (who they seem to have put a hairpiece on, the poor guy). The glimpse we get of their characters in the trailer was enough to have me considering seeing this seriously. Oh, and the music! I have no clue what the choral piece in the trailer was, but it sounded beautiful. Something from the Baroque period, maybe? (And as they say, 'If it isn't Baroque, don't fix it, ehehe!') Either way, I'm duped enough to see this film now. How sad.

On a completely different note, jazzgoddess, your card arrived! Thankyou so much, it was lovely. :)
